PPA Launch Function

Polymer Processing Academy is a society formed in 2011 with strong representation from the academia and the industry. The idea for starting PPA germinated from the success of the 25th Annual Meeting of the Polymer Processing Society (PPS-25) held at Goa in March 2009. The aim is to have active participation from the polymer processing fraternity around the globe. PPA was launched on March 5, 2011 in Mumbai with Mr. Nikhil Meswani, Executive Director, Reliance Industries Ltd. as the Chief Guest, Dr. T. Ramasami, Secretary, DST as the Guest of Honour, Prof. Takeshi Kikutani, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan the Keynote Speaker and a motivating message from Mr. Mukesh Ambani.
